Designing, Planning, and Implementing System Center Configuration Manager
Manage Upgrades

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years as an I.T. support professional

Experience in Active Directory 2003\2008\2012.
Experienced in both Apple Macintosh and Windows Server platforms.

Position Overview
This position calls for a highly collaborative team member with a creative spark, sophisticated design eye, strong communication skills, passion, and self-motivation. You will be tasked with thoughtful problem-solving, that leads into high-caliber executions, informed by a strategic framework and narrative.

As Senior Designer, you will report to the Design Director, working with both the CD and Design Directors to creatively solve a client’s business problem, ensuring that solutions bring the strategy to life, successfully and on time. You will need to showcase an ability to work and collaborate within teams, as well as demonstrate the independence and resourcefulness demanded by an agile and highly dynamic agency environment.

This role specializes in brand and packaging design, ranging across an exciting spectrum of industries including CPG food and beverage, health care, beauty and personal care. You will champion the client’s brand and ensure all work is within brand guidelines, while maintaining continuity between formats, line extensions and client/vendor provided information.

Assist in Category color development
• Work with category specialist to color print tests, color matching development, multiple sites approval on category producer request, validate manufacturing capability and obtain needed samples for team approval.
• Work closely with category specialist on Ink and Foil development to develop stable formulas that can be used across our Supply Chain for maximum quality and e?ciency.

Manages print deliverables and ensure print quality meets Apple’s expectations
• Support category specialist in corresponding category accessories. Attend press approval on category accessories.
• Support PRQ press check activities both domestic and international.

• Manage press approval print quality meets Client standards. Provide professional color judgement to match design goals across multiple supplier sites.
• Troubleshoot on-site print issues. Signs o? on color standard and establish acceptable printing target.
• Provide complete and timely feedback, and approvals on project deliverables. E?ectively explain decisions and/or recommendations to team and suppliers.
• Track print deliverables with developed timelines and schedules. Flag issues that may a?ect internal or external workflow.
• Work with category producer/specialist to manage approved color chips and color data with
each vendors to validate and replenish before expiration date.
• Qualifying spot colors at 2nd or 3rd supplier sites after leading site is approved by Producer team when requested.

Assist and monitor supplier capabilities in developed maintenance programs

• Conduct and generate established reports for Client established standardization test, such as Press Characterization within Client supply chain. Following instructions from Client Packaging SQE team.
• Assist in developed standard procedures for e?ective implementation.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–7 years relevant experience in consumer electronic or consumer goods packaging and labeling, including project management experience.
• Knowledge of pre-press, in-depth printing processes, and solving on-press issues. Requires knowledge of inks, adhesives, and print decoration and finishing techniques.
• Ability to appreciate small color variations and give directions to printers on the spot.
• Strong attention to details, ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep track of milestones and deliverables. Good tasks management.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple highly detailed projects at the same time.
• Creative problem-solving skills. Adaptable, flexible and resourceful to manage changes in product definition, time constraints, etc.
• Position is based in Shenzhen/Shanghai, China. Travel domestic China and potential international travel (up to 50% of time).
• Strong knowledge of color management and color theory required. Must pass Munsell test with score of less than 5.
• Able to guide/instruct supplier with knowledge of pre-press, printing process and print standard in order to identify cause & e?ect.
• Good sense and understanding of high-end print quality requirement and attention to details. Hands-on press check color approval experience.
